The Rotolift Easi Picker is an innovative pallet storage system which is used amongst racking structures creating a safer and more effective way for workers to retrieve products. The Rotolift Easi Picker is a fixed unit that extends out from shelving racks and the tabletop can then be rotated 360 degrees giving the user access to products at the back of the shelving. The unit reduces the risk of musculoskeletal injuries eliminating the need for personnel to overreach and climb to retrieve products.
The unit comes with a handle to pull out the unit. The unit must be fully extended out before the table can be rotates.
The Rotolift Easi Picker Self Locking System combines all the features of the RotoLift Easi Picker Flat Top Turntable but with the added abilities of locking the table in place. It can be locked into any desired position allowing the user to have access to any side of the Easi Pickers contents ensuring for a safer lift.
The Rotolift Easi Picker Spring Pallet Turntable incorporates all the fundamental and revolutionary features of the RotoLift Easi Picker Flat Top Pallet Turntable but also benefits by having the tabletop elevated by incorporating spring elevation levelling technology. This unit caters for all needs for an easy and safe retrieval of stock.
Like the ‘Easi Picker’ it extends out from racking structures and has a rotating tabletop but this design keeps the load at waist height using springs and a scissor lift system elevating the table and counter lifting the products to a waist height. This racking system takes away the need for workers to bend and lift products, reducing the risk of back strain and other muscular injuries from doing such tasks. The top is self-levelling and the load capacity can easily be adjusted in under 2 minutes by adding or removing springs.
